A typical transaction is 30 days, so plan accordingly. Prior to the Close Date, you will sign documents and call your utility companies to cancel service at the time of Possession. At 5pm on the Closing Day, unless otherwise negotiated, we will hand keys over to the Buyer, the proceeds will show up in your account within 1-2 business days, and you will be on your way to living your best life somewhere else!
